We use Australia Post for all orders Standard, Express and International.

We will attempt to ship orders within 3-4 Business Days. We can however we delayed with staff shortages, public holidays and also weekends. Your order may also be delayed as Australia Post does not collect on weekends and public holidays so no orders will be shipped on these days. For instance, an order placed Friday will be despatched the Monday/Tuesday of the following week provided there are no problems as stated above.

 ***As of September 1 2023 Australia Post has passed on an increase by about 9.5% for all parcels being sent in Australia as a result of Inflation. As a small business we unfortunately cannot absorb this cost and subsequently have have made this slight increase to combat this unexpected cost - We apologise for any inconveniences***  

Standard  Delivery:

• A flat delivery fee of $9.95 per purchase.
• Orders are sent out with Australia Post by standard priority post or parcel post.
• If your order is sent parcel post you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Delivery can take up to 3-7 Business Days (excluding weekends). For delivery to more remote areas and to WA please allow up to 5 extra days for delivery

 Express Delivery:

• Available for $14.95
• If you live in a capital city delivery is normally next business day (once packed and sent). Usual Express Delivery times are 2-4 Business Days. Delivery to Western Australia can take up to 4 Business Days from Queensland.  Delivery may take longer if you live in a rural area. Please see Australia Post website for estimated delivery times

Priority Dispatch + Express Shipping with Parcel Insurance Delivery:

• Available for $18.95
• Your parcel will be insured - If it is damaged or lost with Australia Post no questions asked we will replace and follow up with Australia Post.
• Your order will be packed before any other others. E.g. If there are 50 Standard and Express orders outstanding on our system your order will be packed first regardless of when your order comes in. It will be packed and shipped first followed by regular Express orders and then Standard orders.
• If you live in a capital city delivery is normally next business day (once packed and sent). Usual Express Delivery times are 2-4 Business Days.
