For Standard Shipping we estimate a further 5-10 Business days and for Express Shipping 3-6 Business days - Australia Post and Couriers Please will be experiencing high parcel volumes during this period.

PRE-ORDER - If you order contains an item that is on pre-order, the order will not ship until all items are in stock.

Standard  Delivery:

• A flat delivery fee of $9.95 per purchase.
• Orders are sent out with Couriers Please or Australia Post by standard post or parcel post. Shipping address will determine who the parcel is delivered by.
• If your order is sent parcel post you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Delivery can take up to 5-10 Business Days (excluding weekends). For delivery to more remote areas and to WA please allow up to 5 extra days for delivery

 Express Delivery:

• Available for $14.95
• If you live in a capital city delivery is normally next business day (once packed and sent). Usual Express Delivery times are 3-6 Business Days. Delivery to Western Australia can take up to 5 extra Business Days from Queensland.  Delivery may take longer if you live in a rural area. Please see Australia Post website for estimated delivery times

Priority Dispatch + Express Shipping with Parcel Insurance Delivery:

• Available for $18.95
• Your parcel will be insured - If it is damaged or lost with Australia Post no questions asked we will replace and follow up with Australia Post.
• Your order will be packed before any other others. E.g. If there are 200 Standard and Express orders outstanding on our system your order will be packed first regardless of when your order comes in. It will be packed and shipped first followed by regular Express orders and then Standard orders.
• If you live in a capital city delivery is normally next business day (once packed and sent). Usual Express Delivery times are 3-6 Business Days. Delivery to Western Australia can take up to 5 extra Business Days from Queensland. Delivery may take longer if you live in a rural area.
