16. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
17. Our mystery gift pair of socks is 1 per person per order. You cannot check out with a pair of gift/gift socks and pay only shipping. The gift/gifts are for a purchase of a minimum single pair of socks.
18. Shipping times can be delayed if we encounter staff shortages. Although this isn't very often it can happen as we are a small team. Express orders will be prioritised. 
19. Our discounts can sometimes be easily manipulated and quantities changed within the cart. 'Free' and 'gift' products will always be in the multiple of x1 unless you are eligible for more (which depends on the offer and the amount of products purchased). If the quantity is manually changed by the customer in the cart and the system does not recognise this input, you are not eligible for more than x1 quantity unless you have met the requirements of more gifts. You will only receive what you are eligible for.
20. Wholesale - All initial (first orders) are to be paid upfront. All wholesale orders after the initial order have a 14 day term for payment.
21. Any incorrect titles or descriptions of products that have been made from our behalf will be subject to return and refund. Unfortunately mistakes can be made through human error. If a product price seems ‘too good to be true’ E.g. 3 pack for $49.95 and 1 pair is the same collection is $49.95, please check with our team before making a purchase, especially if not during sale periods.
22. Customers are only eligible for our 'NOT FOR SALE' or 'NFS' promotional items when they have spent $100.00 or more on our Online Store through the cart. The $100.00 or more is AFTER any discounts have been applied to the total of the cart. The promotional items have been hidden on the website and will not be shipped to a customer if they have not met the minimum requirements of $100.00 or more spend. We are aware there are ways to add the NOT FOR SALE items through other channels but we will not be shipping these items unless the above requirements are met.
23. Promotional Codes (Promo Codes) are presented to customers/returning customers throughout the year depending on relevance. E.g. Codes are presented to returning customers for loyalty - If a return customer generated code is being used by a non-returning customer the order can be void at Funky Sock Co’s staff discretion. We hold the right to cancel/return/refund any orders at anytime through the website. 
24. Free Gift Compression Socks will be added to the order based on availability. If no size is requested in the notes/selected we will attempt to add the free gift/gifts to your order in the same size of the compression socks that have been purchased. If unavailable due to availability the next closest size will be added to the order.
25. During our Black Friday Sale/any sale periods our products are heavily discounted. The 'sign up' form requesting email/mobile information will be suspended during this time and any other further discount codes to reduce the price of our items will not be honoured during this sale period. If the 'sign up' email system has offered a discount for subscription we will remove your details from the system manually. Discount codes can be used once the sale period has finished.
