At Funky Sock Co we are committed to selling high quality products and maintaining high standards of customer service.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy is a breeze.

If you are not happy with the socks you have received due to sizing, length or feel, you have a 30 day period from receipt to return them. Please send us an email to admin@funkysockco.com.au to let us know to look out for the returned item. Please include your name and order number with the returned socks so we can more easily locate your original order. Once the socks have been received back in the office we will issue a full refund, excluding original postage costs. You will be responsible for shipping costs of the socks back to us if outside of the 30 day period. 

Socks returned to us must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that they were received in order to receive a full refund.

If your socks are faulty or damaged

If you received a faulty item, a photograph of the fault will suffice and we will credit you with a full refund including shipping costs. Please contact us on admin@funkysockco.com.au and we will resolve the issues as soon as possible.

If we sent the wrong socks please contact us and we will send you the correct ones.
